Rytho Terms of Use

By using Rytho ("the App") you accept the terms below.

1. Nature of the service — entertainment and insight

Rytho combines Western astrology, BaZi (Four Pillars), the I Ching and traditional face reading (Mian Xiang / Kıyafetname) with modern ephemeris computation and produces AI-assisted readings.

All readings, reports and chat replies are for entertainment and personal insight only. Nothing in the App is medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other kind of professional advice, and it must not be used as such. For health, legal or financial decisions please consult a qualified professional. Rytho cannot be held responsible for decisions taken on the basis of readings.

2. Accounts and age limit

• Using the App requires signing in with e-mail, Google or Apple.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Social features and conduct

The App's social layer is deliberately limited: a friends list, a daily dyad reading and reactions chosen from a fixed closed set. There are no free-text posts, comments or direct messages.

The following are still prohibited:

• Usernames or profiles impersonating another person
• Harassment through reaction spamming
• Using other people's personal data without permission

Violating accounts are subject to the report mechanism, blocking and, where necessary, account closure.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

• Rytho+ is a monthly subscription including the personal daily reading and a monthly token allowance. Billing is handled by Google Play / the App Store; you can cancel at any time from your store account's subscription settings. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period.
• Token packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
• The 3-day trial offered to new accounts requires no card details and does not start automatic billing when it ends; your account simply returns to the free tier. Rytho+ begins only if you explicitly purchase it from the store.
• Mandatory consumer rights (including withdrawal) remain unaffected; the stores' refund policies apply.

5. Intellectual property

The App's design, texts and software belong to Rytho. Ephemeris computation uses the Swiss Ephemeris (© Astrodienst AG).

6. Data and privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: your face image never leaves your device (measurement happens on the phone); birth data is processed only to compute and write your readings; raw phone numbers are never stored; your data is not sold to third parties for advertising.

7. Service changes and limitation of liability

• The service is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
• Features may change or be removed with prior notice.
• Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Termination

Accounts violating these terms may be closed with prior notice, or immediately for severe violations. You can close your account at any time in the App (Profile → Account → Delete account).
